Етичким кодексом уређују се етички принципи и норме понашања свих у ЦЕНТРУ ЗА ПРИМЕЊЕНУ ПСИХОЛОГИЈУ.
Четири основна начела:

У ЦЕНТРУ ЗА ПРИМЕЊЕНУ ПСИХОЛОГИЈУ сви поштују и промовишу људска права, дечја права, достојанство и вредност свих људи.

Компетентност
У ЦЕНТРУ ЗА ПРИМЕЊЕНУ ПСИХОЛОГИЈУ сви настоје да осигурају и одрже високе стандарде компетентности у свом раду. Водимо рачуна о сопственим границама и стручним ограничењима. Тежимо унапређењу својих квалификација кроз образовање, обуку, лични, менторски, супервизијски рад и/или праксу и искуство.
III
Одговорност
У ЦЕНТРУ ЗА ПРИМЕЊЕНУ ПСИХОЛОГИЈУ сви су свесни професионалне и научне одговорности за своје поступке према клијентима, заједници и друштву у којем живимо и радимо. Вођени смо идејом Primum non nocere.

Интегритет
У ЦЕНТРУ ЗА ПРИМЕЊЕНУ ПСИХОЛОГИЈУ сви настоје да промовишу интегритет у науци, истраживању, настави и пракси примењене психологије. У овим активностима смо искрени, правични и учтиви.
Ethical code
Ethical principles and norms of CPPSI’s staff is regulated by the Ethical code.

In CENTRE FOR APPLIED PSYCHOLOGY each member of the staff respects and promotes the human rights, children’s rights and value of each individual.

Competency
In CENTRE FOR APPLIED PSYCHOLOGY each member of the staff strives to ensure and maintain high standards of own competency related to their work. We consider our own confinements and our limits of expertise. We aspire towards development of our own qualifications through education, training, personal, mentorship, supervisory work and/or practice and experience.

Responsibility
In CENTRE FOR APPLIED PSYCHOLOGY each member of the staff is aware of professional and personal responsibility for their actions towards the clients, a community and the society we live and work in. We are led by the idea Primum non nocere.
IV
Integrity
In CENTRE FOR APPLIED PSYCHOLOGY each member of the staff strives to promote integrity in science, research, teaching and practice of applied psychology. We are sincere, fair and polite in these activities.
